Fukui Prefecture doesn't have much presence.

Many people, especially in the Tokyo region, are confused between Fukui and Fukushima(3.11 Tohoku earthquake).

However, Fukui's buckwheat noodles(soba) were selected as the most delicious buckwheat noodles in Japan!!

This time, I wrote about the origin of Fukui's buckwheat noodles.
