I have a modern, spacious, and newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment in queens. The apartment is near all major public transportation - Trains E, F, J and Buses Q10, 24, 56, 54. The apartment is located near convenience stores, grocery stores, deli, fast food and coffee shops like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks, all within 5 mins of walking distance. Kew gardens is only few blocks away.
The apartment is newly renovated and located on the second floor of a private house.
Recent updates include all brand new appliances. Huge open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other basic utensils needed to prepare a meal. The dinning area provides seating for 4. The living room has a sofa bed which can sleep two and ROKU TV which allows you to access Netflix, Hulu or Youtube etc. NO CABLE! Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. Linens and pillows will be provided. The house has 4 closets. Fast and reliable Wifi throughout the house.
Following of the items are provided - Linen, pillows, hair dryer, hand soap, basic cooking appliances, towels, basic toiletries, iron& iron board.
Quiet Hours - 9pm - 9am every day
Only for short stays. NO LEASE NEEDED
Per night - $145.00. Deposit - $300.00 refundable deposit upon inspection

2. NO PETS
3. NO PARTIES OR HOSTING EVENTS. Be mindful of the neighbors and the owner on the first floor.
