1) Travel Requirements to Manila
Open for tourists

The National Capital Region is placed under COVID-19 Alert Level 3, wherein intrazonal and interzonal travel is allowed, subject to entry rules and requirements of the local government unit (LGU) of the destination, which should not be stricter than those prescribed under higher alert levels. Currently, there are no travel requirements to enter Manila, but please continue checking with the LGU of your destination for any specific requirements.
2) Travel Requirements to Pagadian

Guests flying to Pagadian are required to present the following travel documents upon check-in:
PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):
Fully Vaccinated
Vaccination Card showing the holder is fully vaccinated upon entering the border
Government-issued ID
Unvaccinated / Partially Vaccinated:
Travel Order
Government-issued ID
For Non-APOR / Returning Residents:
Fully Vaccinated
Vaccination Card showing the holder is fully vaccinated upon entering the border.

Unvaccinated / Partially Vaccinated:
Negative RT-PCR (swab) / Antigen (swab) test, valid for forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of result.

Minors who are twelve (12) years old and below shall be allowed entry, provided that the accompanying adult is fully vaccinated or can present a negative RT-PCR / Antigen test, valid for forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of result.
The province is not yet open to tourists.
Passengers in transit are not required to submit any travel documents.
PAGADIAN CITY
All guests bound for Pagadian City are required to present a valid government-issued ID, which states that address is in Pagadian City. Passengers in transit are not required to submit any travel documents. Pagadian City is not open for tourists.

3) Travel Requirements to Zamboanga

The City of Zamboanga requires arriving guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:
For fully vaccinated guests:
Vaccination Card – Travel date should be at least fourteen (14) days from the last require dose.
Approved S-PaSS Registration for Zamboanga City. Application for S-PaSS must be done two (2) days prior to travel date. Note that S-PaSS must specifically state "Zamboanga City".
An individual is considered to be fully vaccinated if it has been at least fourteen (14) days after the last required dose.
For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guest:
Negative RT-PCR (swab / saliva) test result, valid for five (5) days from the date of test. Swab test may come from RITM or any DOH-accredited laboratory, but Saliva RT-PCR must come from Philippine Red Cross or PADLab only.
Approved S-PaSS Registration for Zamboanga City. Application for S-PaSS must be done two (2) days prior to travel date. Note that S-PaSS must specifically state "Zamboanga City".
Guidelines for guests traveling with children:
Children who are three (3) years old and above – Negative RT-PCR test is required. This shall remain valid within five (5) days of travel.
Infants below three (3) years old may travel without a negative RT-PCR, provided that they are accompanied by fully vaccinated parents or guardians.
Approved S-PaSS is required for children.
