I just wanted to send a note to say that my son and I, and Zara our lurcher, had a really wonderful stay at Rhiwfelen. It is an absolutely lovely cottage and garden, with everything we needed, and in such a beautiful location, we really couldn’t have found a better place - thank you. We would really love to come back next year, for two weeks.

Our handyman made a small fence to stop the pooches walking on the utility roof ( Lexi Beagle decided she wanted to see how high she could get before I got her down !)

Got a fantastic new gardener, he's been hard at work today getting the lawns back to where they need to be and has created a lovely wild meadow path through the copse up to the bench.

Another great 5* review from guests that stayed over Easter.
"Great place & Beautiful views from the outside top seating area, well equipped and cozy cottages . We had lovely time and quite enjoyed being bit further away from everything, there is so much to do and see, if you fancy a long walks and beautiful scenery ,only 9min drive you'll find (llandysul) or 30min Brechfa Forest , our dogs loved it and not far from beaches either. "

Cottage Review
Lovely comfortable cottage with lovely views. The steps up to the cottage and garden are steep for anyone with mobility issues. There were plenty of facilities and the 3 goldies loved the garden. Within 30 minutes of lovely beaches by car and 8 mins by car to forest walk. The handy warm dog shower wa much appreciated. Llandysul is a lovely town nearby.
Improvements
Perhaps a pet gate between the kitchen and lounge (golden retrievers get under foot when cooking). Thank you, it was a lovely week 😊

Cottage Review
Lovely comfortable cottage, catered well for our two dogs. Well situated for visits to the coast.
Improvements
Perhaps some more information on local attractions, beaches, places to eat etc. Some local maps/walk books would also be helpful

Cottage Review
Rhiwfelen is a really lovely cottage with stunning views from the garden. Inside everything is beautifully presented & very clean. The level of equipment made it a home from home. We travelled with our dog & again there was everything they could possibly need including the outside dog shower. It's a bit remote so arrive with a survival pack for the first night. Overall hard to find fault. Only comment would be that the number of steps make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Improvements
Difficult to find fault. Everything was beautifully clean and the equipment provided was so extensive - especially for any canines visiting. Thank you so much

Not bad for a start. Went live at the end of July. Cottage was then booked up for all of August and September, first two weeks in October and someone's just booked seven night from 22nd December. 🤞it will continue.
