The Hideaway The Hideaway is a spacious and totally private one bedroom apartment located in Asheville, NC. Located in Historic Montford, a short walk to downtown Asheville.

The Hideaway is a fully self-contained one bedroom apartment with a spacious living room, dining area, well-appointed kitchenette, queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, private outdoor deck and many other amenities. The Space

This brand new spacious 750 sqft. apartment is the entire lower level of our home. It offers sophisticated decor and exceptional amenities. The Hideaway has it’s own entrance

and a private outdoor deck with lounge chairs. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, antique dresser, reading lamps, a 48-inch flat screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living space has a kitchenette, an inviting dining area, comfortable couch and chair, 55-inch flat screen TV, books and board games. Both TVs include Roku Players with Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Hulu and many other channels. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook a nice meal; it is well stocked for cooking with pots, pans, and glassware. It is complete with stone counters, fridge, induction stovetop, convection microwave, cookware, dishware and utensils, Keurig coffee maker, French press, toaster and the essentials. There is also dedicated Hi-Speed Wi-Fi. Guest Access

The Hideaway is on the back side of the house on the lowest level. To enter The Hideaway, please walk down the wooden staircase on the right side of the house and follow the stone walkway to the patio and main entrance. The Hideaway comes equipped with an electronic security lock and you will receive an access code and instructions prior to your arrival. We want you to feel at home so if we are not there to greet you, please just come in and start enjoying your visit. Interaction with guests

Historic Montford is full of history and historic sites and beautiful architecture is everywhere. The Biltmore Estate is a 3-mile drive as is Biltmore Village. The Riverside Cemetery is a fascinating place to visit the past with Civil War, Spanish American War and WWI and WWII grave sites. There are three neighborhood cafes, which include Nine Mile which is Caribbean-inspired cuisine, Chiesa which is tasty rustic Italian and Tod's for a nice al fresco breakfast or lunch. The River Arts District is just a few minutes by car and is a one mile stretch of twenty-two historic and industrial buildings with 200+ working artists and studios. Getting Around

We are located on a quiet little street in the heart of Historic Montford, a short 12-minute walk to downtown, which has an endless array of shops, farmer’s markets, art studios and galleries, amazing restaurants, bars, breweries, and nightlife. Several highly rated restaurants are less than a 10-minute walk and it's a few minutes drive to downtown Asheville. Taxi and Uber are also available. Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is about 20 minutes by car and Asheville transit operates buses that run from the airport to downtown Asheville transit station. The cost is only $1 and buses do not run on Sundays. House Rules

- Please park directly in front of our house by the mailbox.
- Please leave shoes in the basket by the main door before entering.
