Booking Properties Procedures & Info
*Please read entirely before booking
- IMPORTANT: Upon completion of booking and payment, you would then deal with the hotel/resort thereafter. Our business will be done. Anything beyond is handled at your property. We are just here to present the deals. You will be provided with the confirmation number with the hotel/resort.
Again, we are not travel agents or hotel employees. We are middle men in the sense we are simple providing and passing on the deals we have access to, which are not public.
- Bookings are for 1 week reservations unless otherwise stated. You are not required to stay the whole week, but the reservation is for the week.
- Photos are approximate representations, actual rooms design and interiors may vary
For example, you check in on Monday the 3rd. You will check out on Monday the 10th. You can leave at anybtime, but unless otherwise stated, the booking will be for the whole week.
- The cost stated as the total is the full amount with taxes included. If locations have additional fees (ex: Hawaii, Vegas and Orlando locations tend to come with resorts fees, cleaning, etc.) then we will try our best to note it with the price. These additional cost are typically paid at check in.
- Cost of booking must be paid in full once you are confirmed you can book. Payment is accepted via: paypal, zelle, venmo or cashapp
- Bookings will be done on a first come, first served basis. Whoever completes booking and submits payment first will be given the reservation.
- Cancelation: There is a 24hr cancelation window after you have been booked to get a full refund. Beyond that, it is based on the properties timelime, which will be given during inquiries.
Again, beyond 24 hours of booking confirmation, all sales are final. There will be no refund.
*as a side note, we try to offer deals that are actual savings. If there is a deal that is better or cheaper through other means, we suggest going that route...this is tp save money afterall 😁
