🎁 Can anyone else hardly believe it is two days till Christmas? The year went by so fast! I feel like it was just summer time and the weather was much warmer.

How is everyone doing with all of your holiday prep? Are your presents wrapped, treats made, house cleaned, and stockings stuffed? Based off of that list, I am not ready at all! I keep telling myself I have more time but it feels like time is getting away from me.

🎄 I am officially home from the U-Preferred Travel Advisor Symposium! I had an INCREDIBLE time! I learned so much, met some wonderful travel advisors, had some much needed park time, and enjoyed some rest and relaxation!

I can’t wait to recap my trip over the next week or so! I had never been to Orlando during the holiday season and I loved seeing all of the decorations, including this tree in MCO. What a way to start my trip! It definitely got me in the spirit.

Now it is back to reality. I came home last night to a sick toddler and sick husband so I went right back into mom mode! This weekend we have a full one with visits to Santa and holiday parties. I also have to wrap presents and bake cookies! I’ll be answering any emails or messages today that I received while I was away! A travel agent’s work is never done!

I want to thank Never Look Back Vacations for the opportunity to represent them at this amazing event. I can’t wait to share all of the EPIC news with you! Now back to James snuggles.🎄

✨ Gru and I have been up to something the past couple weeks! I have been getting ready to attend the first ever U-Preferred Travel Advisor Symposium at Universal Orlando Resort. To say I’m excited and so honored to represent Never Look Back Vacations would be an understatement!

On the agenda we have an opening reception at DreamWorks Land, a full day of presentations from Universal Executives, a scavenger hunt through the parks, and a private event at Volcano Bay! My fellow travel agent, Angela, and I are also going to dine at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium so we can enjoy their special holiday themed menu!

I have never been to Universal during the holidays and I can’t wait to report back with everything the parks and resorts have to offer! Make sure to follow along starting Monday morning! Universal Orlando, here I come! ✨

🍪It has been reported that it takes over 500 hours of baking and 480 hours of assembly time to make the gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian each year. There are over 10,000 pieces of gingerbread and 700 pounds of chocolate!

Each year, Disney’s resort hotels create life-sized gingerbread masterpieces—complete with hidden Mickeys! From the Grand Floridian’s working gingerbread house shop to the Grand Californian’s adorable “mini me” display, these creations are worth the trip alone. They even do this on cruises!

🐸 Have you gotten to head down to the bayou yet with Tiana and her friends? Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opened over the summer in Walt Disney World and just recently at Disneyland!

I was able to ride this attraction a couple days after its grand opening in Magic Kingdom. This attraction was so cute and the song was stuck in my head for weeks! I loved the nods to the original film, which celebrates its 15th anniversary today!

🎉 Happy Birthday Walt! I’m not sure there is a Disney fan out there who doesn’t get at least a little choked up when they hear Walt’s voice at an attraction or from an old news clip.

Did you know that Walt Disney is getting his own audio-animatronic for the new show, “Walt Disney-A Magical Life”, at the Main Street Opera House in 2025 at Disneyland? It is about time and I personally can’t wait to see it!

December is always a busy month for our family! Yesterday we celebrated James’s 2nd birthday. The year went by way too fast! Along with the holidays at the end of the month which will keep us busy with family and friends, I am traveling to Universal Orlando Resort for the first ever U-Preferred Travel Advisor Symposium!!
