We purchased our property end of June and this is the 3rd time someone comes to our house saying they rented the house through Vrbo - has anyone experienced this before? We reached out to the previous owner and they claim they never rented through Vrbo. We have called Vrbo and chatted on the website and their response is “if you are not the account owner we cannot assist you!” but I am the owner of the house - sorry we cannot help you! I just want if they are still reservation again my property to let the clients know to pick another property or cancel.
