Now available for long-term rental: Two newly renovated modern apartments within walking distance of the historic center of Málaga 💥

Ideal for students, interns, digital nomads or anyone who would like to live in a nice apartment for a few months close to the center of the inspiring city of Málaga.

‣ Services
The attractively furnished apartments both have two bedrooms and one bathroom. They are equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay, including:
- A new fully equipped kitchen
- A nice workplace
- WiFi
- TV with chromecast
- Washing machine
- Air conditioning and heating in all rooms

‣ Location
The apartments are located in El Molinillo, a quiet area which is just a 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Málaga. In addition, the apartments are within walking distance of the train station and there is a large free parking lot around the corner.

‣ Rental price and conditions
- € 950 per month per apartment excluding electricity and internet bills (with a rental contract of at least three months)
- One month deposit
- One month in advance
- No agency fee!
- Pets are not allowed

The apartments

Apartments at Málaga consists of the two recently-renovated, beautiful apartments “Carmen” and “Paco” which are owned by a Dutch couple.

“When we discovered Malaga two years ago, we immediately knew that we would like to go there more often. It is a vibrant city which never gets boring. This is why we bought two apartments and decorated them to the highest standards, so that everyone can have a pleasant stay in Málaga.”
