With the new lightning lane system quickly approaching, here is a strategy I would use to ride these top 5 rides.

✨This strategy will be for budget friendly families that want to ride these rides and only purchase the new Lightning Lane Multi Pass.
7️⃣ Days before your trip reserve these rides:
1.Space Mountain (tier 1)
2. Haunted Mansion (tier 2)
3. Tier 2 ride of your choice with the earliest return time as possible (such as Dumbo, Pirates, Pooh, Buzz Lightyear, etc…) If the park opens at 9am try to get a return time as close to 9 as possible. After going on this ride you will be able to make your next selection from any tier category based on availability.
⚡️7:00am on your park day: Get the virtual queue for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Make sure you are on the app before 7am to get this!
⚡️ Next either go to the park for early entry and ride Seven Dwarfs Mine Train first OR if you are not early birds you can go on it right before the park closes at night for the shortest wait time.
⚡️Go on your first lightning lane ride and then reserve a lightning lane for Jungle Cruise.
⚡️1:00pm get your virtual queue for Tron.
💖Spend your time in between lightning lane reservations and virtual queue times going on other rides of your choice with lower wait times, watching the parade, or meeting characters. Continue to make new lightning lanes selections throughout the day.
❗️Remember that this is ONE strategy and there are many you can use to get on these rides. Flexibility is key! Anything can happen at Disney so make sure you have some backup ideas.

Storms usually hit anywhere from 4-6pm or you can look at your weather app to see when they will be that day. 🎢 Go on all the outdoor rides and attractions in the morning before the storms hit. All outdoor rides will close down due to lightning in the area. If you go on these rides first in the day or after the storms are finished you won’t miss out on any of your favorites! 🌧️ During the storm stay in the parks! Most people leave which means you will have the lowest wait times during the rain or right after a storm.
