⭐️ Tips for an upcoming Disney trip – be familiar with parks strategies and lingo. Early entry and ‘rope dropping’ are essential to getting rides in before the parks get crowded mid-morning. When you stay at a Disney resort, you are able to enter the park 30 minutes earlier than non-resort guests. These tips helped on my recent park day at Hollywood Studios. We arrived at 7:30 am, and the cast members let us into the park just after 8:00 and we immediately headed to Toy Story Land to ride Slinky Dog Dash – and were on the ride just after 8:15, which is before the park had even opened! As we walked away, the standby queue already said 60 minutes! 🤯 We then headed to Tower of Terror and were in line for Rockin’ Rollercoaster before the park opened at 9:00 am! This left us plenty of time for character meet and greets, shows and to add in the other attractions we wanted by maximizing our morning!

Not only did we have two days of learning about Carnival Cruise Line and Playa Resorts, but we had hands on experience and visited Port Canaveral to tour the Carnival Vista! Such memorable time spent with new and old agent friends. Thankful for this MVP Family & to have the support from this incredible team and agency! ❤️

⭐️ Today’s key reminders when traveling- be flexible and be patient! I’m looking forward to a fun few days ahead with my MVP team! We have training to learn from our agency partners as well as learn new ways to grow our businesses. We also will be doing a cruise ship site inspection! And don’t worry, we will mix in some fun at Universal Resort and at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

🔔 But this morning, I got a message that my flight was cancelled! Cue the panic for a bit… then I put on my travel advisor hat and rebooked the flight as quickly as I could! Whew! Yes, there could still be delays, but along with the fun comes patience and flexibility! I especially advise clients to arrive a day earlier than any cruise departures or big park plans as more often than not, there are changes with travel these days. (See pic of cute boys below when we finally boarded after delays in June! 😉)
