Well the website to track lost luggage now says the claim is closed. 😩 Stills no bags!

Yesterday’s flight went fine until we found out all 3 of our bags didn’t make the trip with us.After a long wait at the carousel , we went to the claims desk. Another long wait( supposedly 45 bags were lost )with many less then thrilled travelers. The claim rep(Silver) said we would be compensated 130$ ! Are you kidding!! She also said our bag would be arriving tomorrow by 9 and be delivered by noon. Lol it’s 3:30 and the app they gave us to follow our bags doesn’t show anything. Lol they are hoping bags will be here by 5:00. So five people with no bathing suits, no change of clothes or any make up are hanging in New Orleans and smell like the homeless. 😡
