Vivant is looking for motivated, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to join our growing team in Austin and surrounding areas.

*Pay starts at $15-$18 per hour depending on the performance/experience after training/onboarding.

*** WHAT YOU'LL GET***
* Paid time off
* 401 K
* Weekly pay via direct deposit
* Travel time to properties is paid, as well as prep time in the office
* Free oil changes every 6 months
* Performance raises every 6 months
* Opportunity for growth advancement

*** RESPONSIBILITIES ***
*Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
*Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards
*Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
*Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
*Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering
*Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
*Work closely with leadership to identify and implement ideas that will improve the way we do things.

*** REQUIREMENTS ***
* Must have a minimum of 1-year professional cleaning experience
* Must have reliable transportation at all times
* Must pass a background check
* A smartphone is required to work with our company applications
* Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
* Open availability 7 Days a week but flexible!
* Including Weekends
