In the last two days I have been on the phone with Disney at different times. Two calls were wait times of over 2 hours. One call was over a hour wait time. This is why using a travel planner is helpful. We stay on the phone so you don't have to.

Good tip for those hard to get reservations!

Have you heard about Mouse Dining. You can set up alerts for your favorite restaurant and if it becomes available they email you. I chose to upgrade and pay $9.00 monthly so it would send a text message. The basic free package just emails you. Sometimes I didn't get to my email quick enough. I am so glad I upgraded because a restaurant I really wanted was booked on the day I needed, well at 12:46 this morning my phone went off and I got a text alert that the place I wanted had a spot. I was able to book it and now we are all set. Let me know if you have any questions.
