These photographs are called Tiny Planets or Tiny Worlds. They are created using a 360 camera and you can “play” with the photos and create all sorts of weird and wonderful effects. Not to everyone’s taste, but fun all the same. In the proper setting, it doesn’t work on FB, you can use the photos to explore the area by touching it and moving the image around.
