Why journal? We ran our first journalling club today and it made us reflect & feel-good! Buzzing! Here’s why…

Here are some of the benefits of journalling:

- Clarity of thought
- Organise our head, lives and emotions
- Letting going of the mind swirls
- Improves immunity
- Helps us to share our voice
- Never use your journal for self blame
- Positive quotes and feeling gratitude
- Reflecting on how far we’ve come
- Explore feelings without attachment to your brain
- Habit of doing it daily

When you first think of yoga, what comes to mind? Perhaps it’s being able to touch your toes or sliding down into the splits. In Awakening Yoga, we focus on mindfulness and accessibility for all. Whether you can touch your toes or not, you are always welcome. 🌞🌞🌞LOVE YOGA AND CAN’T WAIT FOR THIS AWESOME SHOT of us playing…

200hr Certified RYT Yoga Instructor, Dani, guides you through flows that incorporate playfulness, curiosity and self-study. From breathing exercises to get you in the groove to feeling ready for the day after a solid practice, she is here to help you on your daily journey.

Classes by are on weekly Mondays and some Sundays and alternate days inside The Sparkle Studio inside The Yard at The Ridings Shopping Centre . Follow for all the classes and workshops.

Each class is £5pp and you can book via text (07427058567).

A great way to take a break from business & life & focus on your most important asset. ❤️Whether you fancy it as an adult or you know a young person for our other club… we want to write our way to well-being.
