You don’t want to miss Mickey’s “BOO-TO-YOU” Halloween Parade- but where’s the best place to watch it? That’s a great question, and honestly, it depends on your party plan. If you want extra character interaction, I highly recommend this spot in Liberty Square, right before the bridge, near Sleepy Hollow. Notice in the video how the Headless Horseman slows down to cross the bridge. All parade floats do this as well, which essentially pauses the parade. This means extra character performances and interactions while they provide time for the floats to get across. It doesn’t hurt that you can grab a bite to eat from Sleepy Hollow while waiting for the parade. I highly recommend the Cinnamon Funnel Cake. It’s topped with pumpkin ice cream, butterscotch chips, and drizzled with pumpkin spiced caramel. Not only will you capture the festive Halloween decorations, but also the special 100 sign, celebrating 100 years of Disney Stories! (You may also catch the train at the station, too!) We made friends with the people in line, and they held our spot while we ran over to take pics, and then returned the favor. Going to MNSSHP? One of the frequent questions I receive is what time should you get to Magic Kingdom to get in line. We were in line right around 3pm and were let through the gates at 3:50pm. Rides were a priority for us, so we headed straight to Space Mountain (we wanted to ride the traditional and Halloween twist versions). We were on and off the ride by 4:17!
