We just received our Airbnb Superhost status today. Its hard to believe that it’s already been a year since we started this adventure. Michelle and I flew to Florida, fixed up and furnished the condo over a few weeks and started renting by August. It was definitely not easy and we have a few more gray hairs from the process, but a year and many rentals later here we are. Carefree and comfy 2 Bedroom, 1 bath condo in gated community. Sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Includes all the important stuff like washer/dryer, high speed internet, beach towels, chairs, and a sunshade. Two heated pools, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, waterfront path, and fishing pier. Courts and playground in R.O.C. park next door. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, groceries, dining, drinks, mini-golf and more. John's Pass shopping and boardwalk also nearby. Bring your kids or leave them at home. Vacation and relax, work remotely, or a bit of both. Either way it will be a day at the beach. 25-minute drive / ride-share from Tampa Int. airport. Bring your sunscreen and leave your worries at home.
