Are you worried about COVID-19 infection while visiting Seoul?😕
Now, ‘Clean Zone’ stickers are attached on the facilities where disinfection has been completed.🙌
Seoul is conducting thorough disinfections on the public facilities and places where confirmed patients of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) went through. Moreover, Seoul attaches ‘Clean Zone’ stickers on those disinfection-completed areas to confirm safety after complete environmental inspections.
🤔What is 'Clean Zone'?
1. Facilities where disinfection has been completed after the confirmed patients of COVID-19 had visited.
2. Public facilities where disinfection is conducted regularly even though the confirmed patients didn’t visit the places.
Starting with the attachment in e-Mart Gongdeok branch on Feb 17, the "Clean Zone" mark will be attached to subway stations, hotels, department stores, and other facilities that completed disinfection after the confirmed patients visited.
Based on the opinions of relevant experts, the virus cannot survive once it has been disinfected. However, to ensure safety of the citizens, Seoul will conduct ‘environmental inspections’ on air and environmental surfaces of the facilities where confirmed patients visited by checking the presence of the virus and disclosing the results to the citizens so that the economic activities in such facilities can be carried out normally.😉
