UNIQUE AND LUCRATIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT APPLICANT:
Blue Water Retreat are seeking a new assistant Manager or management couple for the 2024 whale swim season starting mid-June till the end of November, 2024 and beyond.
For this season they will work under the existing General Manager of the Blue Water Retreat.
If the applicant works well during this season, Blue Water Retreat are looking to offer the applicant a 12-month contract to run the BWR from December 1, 2024 till November 30, 2025 on a lucrative profit-sharing basis or short-term lease arrangement.
The suitable applicant should possess the following skill set:
Very good organizational and time management skills.
The ability to manage staff (both Tongan and international staff) efficiently.
Honesty and integrity
Have prior experience in hospitality and management.
Great work ethic as this is a 50-60 hour per week commitment.
Accommodation, meals and great remuneration is included in this package.
This position is open to either Tongan or International passport holders.

Blue Water Retreat and Blue Water Charters Eua Tonga are looking for 2 new experienced TONGAN whale swim skippers and guides for the 2024 Whale Swim Season based out of Eua.
Excellent Remuneration and package will be offered to the right candidates!
Existing skippers ticket is required but training will be provided as well.
Whale swim guide training course will be provided for the right candidate.
A reasonable command of the English language is required along with good water skills.

Merry Christmas Eve 🎄🎄
November has been an interesting month for us here at the Blue Water Retreat. Still so many whales here! It's great to see so many whales from June right through till the end of November still. We have been running a few sport fishing charters with great consistency catching wahoo, mahi mahi, dogtooth and yellowfin tuna! We have hooked a few marlin as well! The fishing has been amazing had made for some delicious fish meals especially our sashimi.
