If you are returning or travelling to the United Kingdom, you must complete a Passenger Locator form (link at the end of this post).

You must complete this form no EARLIER than 48 hours before your arrival. According to the UK Government, failure to complete the form could result in a delay or refusal of entry into the UK.

This form applies to everybody, both UK residents and foreign nationals. Complete the form here;
