As a certified Jamaica Travel Specialist, I wanted to let my travel fam know it is okay to travel to Jamaica. The airports are up and running and the resorts are back to normal. You are able to do excursions as well. There was damage done heavy in certain areas but the staff at the resorts and tourist areas has worked hard as they make their money off of tourism. This is also why travel insurance is important to have! We can't predict the weather, events that will arise like job losses, sickness, etc. Trip protection will help tremendously in the case an unexpected situation arise.
