Looking at the Icon of the Seas at 11:30 at night from the Marriott Biscayne Bay at 23:30. She is beautiful, still going through shake down, can’t wait till the 27th to get on board for the inaugural cruise. Tomorrow getting on the Independence of the Seas for 5 days. Can’t wait for our first 2 weeks of the Icon.

The Liberty of the Seas salutes the Icon of the Seas, January 19, 2024 at 16:30, at the Port of Miami. I remember in March 2006 while on the Vision of the Seas passing the new Liberty of the Seas, it was so much bigger than our ship. Now I see it dwarfed by the Icon.

HAPPY NEW YEAR from Crushing with the Ryans. In dry dock in Chicago for a few weeks, but back to our endless cruising in a few weeks. Independents of the Seas on the 20th and the Icon maiden voyage on the 27th then back to back for another week.
