Wet one today putting the guttering up. The photos don’t do it justice how big this project is. There’s over 350m2 of floor area. Complete refurb from top to bottom.

What we are looking for.
Are people that are interested in working in the building trade to a high level finish. Must be willing to learn all aspects of the trade. Having some experience would be helpful. But it is not necessary. You will be covering everything in a build from start to finish.

Working on our grayshott job today. Getting blockwork up in this 🥵 weather. We do like a challenging job. Look forward to when we get just a simple one again.

1st day on-site on our liphook job today. Extending out the back plus complete refurb inside and new roof going on.

Installing lantern today supplied by on our Whitehill job. Flat pack system which I was dubious about fitting. But went together perfect and nice and simple. The client wanted some leds installed round the lantern so I decided to use the recess system which give a better finish when completed.

Cracking on with our whitehill job. Tacking/dot and dabbing. Start plastering. 2 large scale jobs to start at the end of the month to. The pressure is on but we thrive on it at M&M.

Our job in grayshott is coming to an end now. It’s been a labour of love this one. Having to replace almost everything we’ve come across. What started out as a rear and side extension turned into a full house refurb.

1st fix plumbing installed on our whitehill job. Just polythene to go down now ready for liquid screed tomorrow. used.

On our site in bordon today. Getting the roof joists on and measuring for the steels.
Steels need to be recalculated. As after close inspection we have timber frame internal walls.

We made a purchase on this bungalow local to us. With the idea of extending and lifting the roof to give us a larger footprint. It should be a great investment for the company. With us being super busy we’ll only be able to progress when things quiet down.

Kitchen on our site in farnham that we installed and was supplied by Back To The Kitchen. Must say it looks 👌🏻. We do love fitting a kitchen Kirstie Skilton it looks 🤩

It’s been a very busy few weeks with late nights on our grayshott and farnham site getting everything ready for the final push towards Christmas.
Even had to dust the plastering trowel off to get the kitchen area ready. Which we take delivery of on Thursday.

The Walls out to create a nice size window as you enter the house to see through to the new extension and rear garden. Look forward to seeing this part finished. It will really set the house off. Kitchen is on order. Nice size kitchen as you can see from the photos.
Aim is to get the kitchen ready for Christmas. Before we attack the new side extension and refurb the whole 1st floor. &M

Started to fit the UFH today ready for liquid screed Wednesday on our grayshott. Off to ur fanh site tomorrow to wrap up some bits while the carpets and last internal doors start to get fitted.

Scaffold is down on our farnham site. The house is looking 👌🏻. It’s been a challenging job to say the least. But the end is in sight.

Spray render has started in farnham.
Rear extension roof has been tiled in at grayshott. Things moving along nicely now.

Yesterday we was on our farnham site for the day. UFH was installed ready for the liquid screed Saturday. Finished off tiling the porch.
All external walls are being redergripped and beaded.
Ready for the k rend to be installed in next week or 2.
When the bifold and front door are fitted.
As we’ve had a bit of delay on them.

Last of the internal walls out. Floor height reduced and concreted to allow UFH.
Once dried we’ll be putting the cylinder back in temporary until the new heating system is installed.

Our grayshott site is making good progress. All the steels are in. Breaking out existing floor to reduce height for the UFH.

First steel went in yesterday. Today is prepping for steel no2 to go in to give the lads a nice week while I’m away on Hoilday.

Progress is going well on our grayshott site. Rear extension roof all cut in and ready. 2nd lift scaffold going up ready to finish the blockwork off to cut in the side extension roof.
