So humanap ang sender namin ng ibang branch ng LBC dahil marami echos sa isang branch dahil madami sya padala. Dito sa isang branch muntik maubusan ng box ang LBC kanina dahil sa baha ang mga padala niya wala pa syang maraming kasabayan. Na shookt sila sa dami 🤣 So ayun lang send ko na mga tracking in a while. Pa abang nlng and to follow ang computations. Thank you sa lahat ng mababait na customers sa Viajera :)

📌 How much is our Sea Cargo Rate?

✔ BAGAHE RATE

⚬50 kg or less (5k won per kg)
⚬50 kg or more (4k won per kg)
⚬For appliances and other gadgets ( 20k won per kg)
⚬EXCLUSIVE SHIPPING FEE

✔ CELLPHONES AND OTHER RELATED ACCESORIES

⚬Unboxed phone with/without related accessories (15K won per unit)
⚬Boxed phone with or without related accessories (20k won per unit)
⚬EXCLUSIVE SHIPPING FEE

📌 How many days or weeks does it take for parcels to arrive in the Philippines?

✅ It takes 2-3 weeks waiting time for parcels to arrive. But we advise everyone that expected time of arrival may vary due to following reasons:

☞ Vessel in Korea will not leave not unless it’s full.
☞ Sudden change in vessel
☞ Weather
☞ Customs checking upon arrival in the Philippines may take some time.
☞ ECQ/GCQ in the Philippines

📌 How can we know that our tekbe’s in Korea already received?

✅ Items arrived before cut-off will posted in Viajera’s wall by BATCH. But we do advise that you track your own items because Ate Hara might be very busy on her work and will take some time for her to look for your items.

📌 How do you send or deliver the items?

✅ We have lalamove and LBC.
☞ For lalamove (COD or add to total comp)
☞ For LBC ( COD or add to total comp)

📌 MODE OF PAYMENT

✅ You can pay through our (1) Korean (Kookmin Bank) in won (2) BPI account for converted amount in peso.

📌 What if we order our items online? Or from a supplier?
✅ You can directly address your items on our Korean address with ate Hara’s details attached. But take note of the following:

☞ When you order online, take note of your tracking numbers.
☞ Put your name besides ate hara’s name so we can directly identify your items.
☞ Track your items online.

📌 Why is Viajera (ate Hara) not responding to our inquiries?

✅ Ate Hara's personal account is for Visa puproses only. So she cannot respond with you directly. All bookings and reservations should be done here in Viajera Koreana'account ONLY!
