Didn’t make it out to First Friday? Neither did we! Here’s the recipe for the amazing mocktail we were planning on serving at The Bird’s Nest in Raleigh:
You’ll need:
-lime
-mint
- Ginger beer
-Apple Cider Vinegar (or fire cider if you have it)
- Apple cider (we simmered ours with fresh ginger, cinnamon, & oranges for a few hours to thicken and cool, but store-bought is fine)

Muddle mint and a squeeze of lime juice in shaker before mixing with a tsp of ACV, 1/2 cup of apple cider and ice. Strain and pour over 1/3 cup ginger beer.
Enjoy!
