Going on holiday abroad and exploring new and exciting places is something I will always encourage anyone to do… however, going back to the island where I was brought up and having a weekend with family and friends is 100% needed at times and definitely helps hit the reset button whilst also grounding me a little… so I’m thankful to the ones I love 💗 and grateful to the adventures I get to go on… home and away 🥰

I’ve gotta ask you: when you were a kid, what did you look forward to most about growing up? Did you plan on eating ice cream for breakfast on the regular? Or holidaying at Disney like me? Though those childhood dreams are in the past, the surprisingly best part of adulthood for me has been having my independence. Choosing how I spend my money, where I travel to, what experiences I have… and where I want my future to be, with the businesses and life I choose to create. What about you? Let’s get real! Like most good things in life, business is a mix of work and pleasure. But, preferably, more pleasure… like a random ice cream run in the middle of the day. Or like in this photo, my highlight was pretty big actually… I got flown to Italy for an interview on a Superyacht and here I am catching a quick coffee in my time off. What can I say? It makes being a Chief Stewardess and Travel even MORE fun. Who’s with me?!

Often times, people assume that the best part about having your own travel business must be the travel, of course! Or setting your own hours, or the potential hotel upgrades. While those are all true, and AMAZING perks of this job, I’d have to say that my very favourite thing is hearing directly from my team and how this business has literally changed so many of their lives.

It sounds like I'm exaggerating, I get it.

But truly... how mummy’s have found something else other than baby talk, how women have wanted a business that they could call their own and be super proud of, how it has taken the stress out of paying the monthly bills, how it's given them flexibility in their daily lives as they're now calling the shots... and so many more reasons than just these. I wanted to share this inside look so you know just how much I love what I do.
