This sweet couple just returned from celebrating their 10 year anniversary in Jamaica! 🇯🇲
“We just want to thank you again for everything you did to help us with our first ever trip outside of the country, to beautiful Jamaica. We had an absolute amazing time. Everyone at the resort was so nice and your recommendations for excursions were amazing! Going down Martha Brae River was so romantic and peaceful! Our driver, Hilly Billy was the best! We also went to the Luminous Lagoon and swam in the beautiful water at night and watched the water glow around us. There’s so many things that were our favorites so it’s hard to choose but the sunrise and sunsets were stunning and we could see both from our ocean front room. Kayak, paddle boarding and snorkeling were just a couple of other new things we were able to experience that we cannot wait to do again! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We can’t wait for your help on the next one!!”

Trip Feature! 🏴🇮🇪
In July, Greg and Theresa Nalls took an extended holiday for 2 full weeks to Scotland and Ireland. Here are some of the highlights from the trip:
-Visiting the birthplace of Golf - Saint Andrews, Scotland....a quaint seaside town with beautiful historic buildings and the Old Course.
-Golf theme continued with a day at the British open at Royal Troon, Scotland and a chance to follow some of the greats of the game !
-The Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye - stunning scenery, majestic castles and very narrow roads! Dramatic beauty on display. Wish we had more than a day here!
-Ireland adventures were focused on the landscape and nature, including The Gap of Dunloe in Killarney National Park, more castles and gardens including the Blarney Castle.
-Driving the famous Wild Atlantic Way on the Ring of Kerry and the Slea Head loop of the Di**le Peninsula were breath taking - even when the weather didn’t cooperate.
-The Cliffs of Moher were moody and majestic with great pictures from above early in the day but not so good from the water later that day.
-The Aran Island of Inishmor is not to be missed. A day tour with born and raised local Thomas Faherty is not to be missed. Fascinating life on the island and the home of the famous Aran Island sweater manufacturers.
One more Irish National Park topped off the trip - Connemarra! Gorgeous scenery and a trip to a working sheep farm made for a lot of fun!
-There was so much more! Absolutely beautiful countries and lovely people who were always willing to help.
Tip - if big cities aren’t your thing and you love nature like we do - skip Edinburgh and Dublin and just fly into the area you are seeking to see! We hope we can go back some day!

Two things I always advise clients regarding cruises 🚢
1) fly in a day early 2) purchase travel insurance
“Come on, Kaitlin, do I really need to? I’m getting on this cruise, I don’t need insurance. I’m getting on the first flight that morning, I’ll be fine.” 😳
Last weekend’s global flight issues served as a perfect example of exactly why I advise my clients the two items above. Keep reading! 👇
-My first client had their flight cancelled after several hours of delays. Luckily, since they planned to fly in the day before the cruise left, they were able to come up with a plan b. They drove through the night down to their port and made it to their cruise! 👏👏
-My second client experienced the same flight issues, with several delays eventually leading to a cancellation. They built in the extra time and plan b to drive if necessary. Unfortunately, because of the airline misplacing luggage, the client did not make it to the cruise. BUT because they had travel protection, they are now rebooked for a cruise in a few months. 🤗
Friends, I never want anyone to have to use travel insurance or have any issues on their vacation. I hope everything is flawless. However, things outside our control can go wrong. So plan ahead. Protect your trip you’ve worked so hard for.
