A simple recipe for crispy Tatar firewood
Delicious Tatar firewood of uram is easy to prepare with our simple recipe. Such an unusual delicacy you have never tried. Rosy, crisp and unusual shape in the form of a flower will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients:
8 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 tsp salt
300 g flour
50 g of melted butter
vegetable oil for frying
shaped knife
several wooden sticks for sushi
A simple recipe for crispy Tatar firewood:
In a deep container, place 6 yolks, 2 eggs, add 2 tablespoons sugar, ¼ tsp salt, beat all until air mass.
Add small portions of 300 g flour, knead a soft, homogeneous dough. Place the dough in a plastic bag, leave for 20 minutes to rest.
Knead the dough again, divide into 4 equal parts, place in a bag, leave for another 20 minutes to rest.
Remove one part of the dough from the package, roll out into a thin layer of thickness 1 - 2 mm, using a shaped knife cut into long strips 3.5 cm wide.
In a large cast iron container or a double-bottomed pot, pour the odorless vegetable oil, add 50 g of melted butter. On a wooden stick for sushi twist one strip of dough, press one edge, fry in oil, constantly rotating. Turn to the other side, without stopping to rotate, fry until Golden brown.
Ready brushwood lay on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil, put on a beautiful dish you can bring to the table.
