We found by pure luck. We were headed out for the day and as we walked down the alley by our AirBnB, we smelled something amazing. We commented that someone was preparing something delicious. When we exited the alley, we realized it was the restauarnt on the corner. So we made a reservation for their 10-course (incredibly priced) tasting menu that evening, and proceeded to have one of the top meals of our trip and a dish that is in my top 5 ever.

- Some fancy butter
- Foie, smoked eel, honey, sweet & sour cranberry gel, quince, green apple gel, cracker
- potato (mofongo), anchovy & basil cream, pepper & wasabi pearls, missel, anchovy & yuzu pearl, octopus
- "Salad in textures": chard chive lime foam, tomato sorbet, cherry tomatoes, brined cucumber, black olive, fermented garlic, beet chips, basil tomato olive oil broth - when I tell you this is one of the best things I've EVER eaten, I mean it with my entire being.
- Venison, apple & quince bake, sour cream with herbs
- yogurt snow & celery gel, raspberry ice, lime sorbet
- orange, cucumber, yuzu, lime chantilly
- coffee cracker with mousse
