Sadistic Murder Returns to the Ferocious Isles

Despite a Global Pandemic, the Blood Thirsty Psychopaths in the Danish Faroe Islands Continue their ruthless Serial Killing Sprees.
252 innocent long finned pilot whales and 35 Atlantic white sided dolphins were massacred in Hvalba last night after the two pods were found off Sandvik last night.

This is the first Grindadrap slaughter of 2020.

With the world on the brink of ecological collapse, fighting a global pandemic and facing an uncertain future due to unpredictable climate change, the ignorant and the arrogant in this Danish territory are not letting ecological realities spoil their grisly obsession with sadistic murder.

The Grindadrap is ritualized slaughter carried out by a people who feel entitled to exercise their sadistic, compulsive, fixation with this violent release of the frustrations in their pathetic lives.

❗️GRIND IN THE FAROE ISLANDS❗️

Over the weekend - despite a ban on hunting pilot whales due to social distancing, 19 whales were killed in the Danish Faroe Islands.

Reportedly, the pod was only driven in to be tagged - a process where the Faroese use a cup drill to drill through the dorsal fin of the whales without any form of sedation or anesthesia, to then attach the tag.

Local news reports state that during the tagging process, the whales 'apparently' got stuck on the beach, leading the whalers to proceed with killing the whales despite the ban.

The whales were a part of a larger pod of about 30 whales, 11 of which did make it back out to sea.

During the chaos, one of the people involved broke his leg, though it is unknown if this is because of one of the whales involved.

So with broken legs and accidentally killed whales during a ban, do you think that these grinds are as controlled as the Faroese claim? Let us know in the comments!

Over the weekend, dolphins were spotted in the Faroe Islands. However, in a surprising change of pace, boats did not set out after them due to the social distancing measures on the islands, which has temporarily halted the killing of dolphins in the Danish archipelago. ✌️

This means that for the first time in decades - whales and dolphins can swim through the islands unencumbered, unthreatened, and unharmed. 🐬

Let’s hope those poor Faroe islanders don’t starve to death due to lack of whale steak that they like to claim is an essential part of their diet.

Update - At least one of the juvenile Atlantic White Sided Dolphins killed in the grindadráp at Hvannasund (Faroe Islands) on the 16th August still remains in the water 7 days later where it was discarded cut but whole - none of the animal was butchered for meat - a total waste of a young cetacean life even by Faroese standards.

So far this year there have been 10 grindadráp hunts in which 561 Pilot whales and 46 Atlantic White Sided Dolphins (45 from official Faroese figures - but our crew have documented at least one AWS Dolphin killed at the Sandavágur grindadráp on the 30th July)

22nd May at Syðrugøta - 145 Long finned pilot whales
8th June at Hvalvík - 11 Atlantic white-sided dolphins
14th June at Sandur - 4 Long finned pilot whales
30th June at Borðoyarvík - 26 Long finned pilot whales

Whale hunters working for Hvalur hf. have hunted eleven pregnant fin whales this summer. This was confirmed by director of the company, Kristján Loftsson. He says it's impossible to know whether a whale is pregnant or not and that there is nothing unusual about this.
