And here it is! This was Chef Katie’s winning entrée from the BVI CYS Boat Show! 🏆

She produced a pumpkin, cauliflower cake, BVI crispy cinnamon Kale, pumpkin pickle, pumpkin veloute, local chive and Parmesan tuile, Grenadian pomegranate fluid gel and cinnamon drawn butter.

Served alongside pumpkin rolls and maple chilli compound butter 🎃

Food is such an integral part of any charter onboard Wanderlust.. We pride ourselves in our ability to produce a 5* dining experience, with an emphasis on vibrant, healthy food, and always using as much local produce as possible.
You’ll also find a bespoke cocktail menu onboard, offering a dazzling selection of hand crafted cocktails. Not a cocktail drinker? Our wine menu showcases some of the most delicious global wines specifically selected to pair with our dishes.

A toast to a new season! 🥂

After an amazing two months of travel and relaxation we are BACK onboard Wanderlust and ready for a fantastic season ahead!
We will be showcasing at the Boat Show this November, Wandy’s first ever show! Come and see us, we will be showing off all that the yacht and crew has to offer and you will not be disappointed!

It’s almost a wrap on a beautiful first season onboard Wanderlust.
We would like to thank all of our Lusters that have made for a season full of fun, love, family and lifelong memories, WE APPRECIATE YOU.
Huge thanks to the incredible for managing Wanderlust and us with such support, you’ve given us all the tools to Charter Harder every time!
We’ll be making our way to Grenada for hurricane season and will be back in the BVI in November for season number 2!! We wish you all and epic summer! ☀️ 🏝️ 🤍
