Very clean, pet friendly, artist's home - 2 bed, 2 bath home in a great neighborhood in Port Charlotte. The large lanai and huge outdoor patio make outdoor living easy.

Seasonal rental

$3500 a month January through March with a three-month commitment. Looking for guests for 2025.

Discounted price for all other months (when available - this is my home but I travel extensively for long periods of time).

Quiet neighborhood on a street with very little traffic, yet just six blocks from Tamiami Trail, with all the stores and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from historic downtown Punta Gorda.

Port Charlotte is a quiet community in Southwest Florida. There are many beautiful community and state parks nearby, a few community pools, one with an Olympic size pool, and even a beach just 7 minutes away. Englewood Beach or Boca Grande Island are the closest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico - about a 30 minute drive. The YMCA is 8 minutes away and offers seasonal memberships. Venice and Fort Myers are only 45 minutes, Sarasota and Naples are about an hour away.
