Fuori della folla. Venite a scoprire San Rocco, Penne, Abruzzo, Italy, 65017.

Although it is great to have such a thriving population in Penne when the majority of Italy is depopulating. Also to have such a diverse expat community. Sometimes it is great to get out of the centre and to have so many bars 10 minutes walk from the old town is truely a gift.

14 Febbraio 2023 ho fatto un chiesto al universo, mi sono seduta sul il muro della mia terrazzo, ho messo il canzone 'Per me è importante' a suonare forte in mezzo a guadare il cielo e la panorama. Ora sono molto felice che vedere che questo canzone ha tornato in dietro e attesa aspetto per sentirlo vivo in piazza sabato! Che fortuna. Una settimana pieno di musica e belle sorprese. Non vedo l'ora che il sua voce resona intorno gli muri antichi di questa bella città.

Sitting in the new refreshingly breezy seating area at Wi-Café San Rocco, Penne. A gateway to Gran Sasso. a gentle hub of people coming and going about their day. Away from the crowds but only a 20 minute walk from the old town of Penne. Taking in the interesting architecture and traditional Italian scenery.

Some shots from the terrific tasting event at Goccia D'Oro D'Abruzzo. Thanks for the help with publicising it from Life In Abruzzo, which took it to another level. Also, to Libera Pizza for the bread, Marceleria Il Boschetto for the freshly made mortadella (made the night before), and to Tenuta Di Melis for the wine. They run these events from time to time and may even be able to organise one at your villa in Penne.
