Welcome to Nuestro Lugar which means ‘our place’. We welcome you to make our place your place, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and retreat to a tranquil home from home – where the sun shines in abundance.
The villa is in a quiet urbanisation near the small village of Busot. Watching the sunset over the mountains there is a truly spectacular sight.
The Villa has lovely maintained gardens and a beautifully serviced private pool with Roman steps. In the evening the pool area is tastefully lit and provides a calming space where you and your family/friends can make magical memories.
The stunning beaches of El Campello and San Juan are a fifteen minute drive from the villa and the luxurious Spa on the Bonalba golf complex is just five minutes away.
Benidorm with the Terra Mitica Park is a 30 minute drive along the coast and the beautiful city of Alicante is just twenty minutes away.

The Costa Blanca’ climate is described as being one of the best in the world.
Summers are hot but not too hot due to the cooling breezes and the winters in
Alicante are mild with many clear blue sunny days.

Places of Interest
Busot
The village of Busot has a population of approx 1300 and is crowned by the ruins of a twelfth century Moorish castle. Three kilometres from Busot are the Cuevas del Canalobre, the highest domed caves in Spain. The massive chamber is a popular tourist attraction; the acoustics are so good that a stage has been
erected within the caves for concerts and folk festivals.
Campello
Campello is the closest coastal town only 10-15 minute drive from the villa. It has a beautiful main sandy beach with crystal clear waters. The promenade is edged with a variety of family restaurants and bars providing a diverse cuisine to suit all tastes. Easy parking is located close to the beach next to the harbour.
Sports enthusiasts, will find water sports such as Windsurfing, Rowing, Sailing, Watersking, Diving and Snorkelling for much of the year located at the marina and yacht club, and of course the beautiful climate (average temperature annually of 19c) and warm Mediterranean sea.
Benidorm
Benidorm is a fabulous place to visit it boasts two of the finest Golden sandy
beaches on the Costa Blanca. The nightlife in Benidorm is one of its main draws and has some of the best entertainment you'll find in any resort in Europe in terms of shear variety of, acts and performances.
Benidorm Old Town
Every visitor should venture into Benidorm Old Town where you will find an
abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Narrow streets hold their charm and character in the form of different and interesting shaped buildings.
Terra Mitica Theme Park: Benidorm. There is a multitude of rides, attractions and shows which will leave you speechless. Terra Mitica has over 20 fantastic live shows which incorporate over 300 actors/and specialists to leave your jaw firmly dropped.
Alicante
A twenty minute drive from the villa lies the fabulous city Alicante, Alicante has it all: parties, discos, festivals, castles - and if that isn't enough - hot sun, white sandy beaches and a turquoise sea.
Alicante is a hive of activity throughout the year, not just in the summer months. It’s is a city where the sand seems to go on forever… and so does the entertainment. Further, it is steeped in history, rich in culture, awash with every kind of shop and restaurant imaginable and literally bursting with beach life.
Altea
Altea is located between Benidorm and Calpe. This is without doubt one of the most charming towns to be found on Spain's ‘White Coast’ with its medieval cobbled streets, its picture book old quarter and the delights of its palm-fringed seafront esplanade. Wind your way up through the cobbled lanes (many are stepped and inaccessible to traffic) until you come to the plaza at the top of the hill where you will find the church and several restaurants in the square and the most magnificent views of the mountains and Altea bay.
Travel
By Tram/Train. From the Tram & Train station in the centre of Campello, you can take a Tram into Alicante (this also stops at Muchavista beach) or take the Train to Denia passing through Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Alfas del Pi, Altea, Calpe, Benissa and Teulada, this is a ride through both diverse
and breathtaking scenery. As an alternative, catch one of several buses, which will also take you into Alicante and through outlaying towns such as Muchamiel (Mutxamel), to experience different vistas and meet the friendly locals.
For the ‘seafarers’, those of you who want to arrive by boat, El Campello has a fully equipped marina.
BY CAR To really explore this exciting region of Spain, why not hire a car and head for the mountains and inland villages to see the turron factories (Jijona), pottery makers (Agost) and shoe makers (Elche), and save money on your gifts, or just take in the stunning vistas
ON FOOT For those who want to explore this stunning region of Costa Blanca try hill walking or cycle riding along different routes available, especially of note are the Cabeco d'or mountain, La lloma de Reixes cove, Sierra Ballestera and La Caseta de Xixi. There are also a few local bars/places to eat.

2017/2018 Prices
November – April (inclusive) £600 for seven nights (and £75 for every additional night)
May – June £695 for seven nights (and £90 for every additional night)
July - October (inclusive) £795 for seven nights (and £100 for every additional night)
Please note – there is a maximum of 6 guests permitted to stay at the villa at any one time
Holding Deposit – A deposit of £300 is required to secure your booking (this is non refundable should you cancel). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
In addition, you will required to pay a Security Bond of £300 required for all bookings. The deposit is refundable within seven days of your departure date. This is to cover any accidental damages or breakages to the property and/or its contents. On booking you will be sent a disclaimer to sign which includes all Villa Guidelines
