လေကြောင်း ပို့ဆောင်ရေး ညွှန်ကြားမှု ဦးစီးဌာန ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်အရ (၂၀၂၃) ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလ (၁) ရက်နေ့ မှစတင်၍ ရန်ကုန်မြို နှင့် မန္တလေးမြို့ ( မှ/သို့ ) အကြား ပျံသန်းစီးနင်းလိုက်ပါကြမည့် ခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် Arrival နှင့် Departure Card များအား ဖြည့်စွက်ရန် လိုအပ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

စည်းမျဉ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်မှာ-

• ရန်ကုန် မှ မန္တလေး သို့ ထွက်ခွာခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် Departure Card (ထွက်ခွာ ပုံစံ) နှင့်
• မန္တလေး မှ ရန်ကုန် သို့ ဆိုက်ရောက်ခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် Arrival Card (ဆိုက်ရောက် ပုံစံ) များအား ဖြည့်စွက်ရန် လိုအပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ချောမွေ့သော ပြည်တွင်းလေကြောင်းခရီးစဉ် သွားလာရေးအတွက် ခရီးသည်များအနေဖြင့် နိုင်ငံသားစိစစ်ရေးကတ်ပြား နှင့် တရားဝင် ခရီးသွားစာရွက်စာတမ်း အပြည့်အစုံအား ယူဆောင်လာရန်လည်း အကြံပြုအပ်ပါသည်။

ပြည်တွင်းလေကြောင်းခရီးသွားလာမှု စည်းမျဉ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်စနစ်အသစ်အပေါ် ခရီးသည်များ၏ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအား ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်ရှိပါသည်။

အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာလေကြောင်းလိုင်းအသီးသီးသို့လည်း ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

*Important Notice for Domestic Travelers: Mandatory Arrival and Departure Forms*

Effective November 1, 2023, all domestic travelers commuting between Mandalay and Yangon are required to complete arrival and departure forms as per the directive issued by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Myanmar.

Here are the specific requirements:

• Passengers traveling from Mandalay to Yangon must fill out an arrival card.
• Passengers traveling from Yangon to Mandalay must complete a departure card.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly advise all travelers to carry along the National Identity Registration Card (NIRC) together with valid travel documents readily available. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to this new regulation.
