I had so much fun at the WDW Marathon Weekend Expo yesterday! My husband and I will be running the half marathon this go around. This race weekend though, is the only one that includes a full marathon as one of the races! The expo is always such a great way to get excited for the race weekend ahead. It’s also a great place to pick up any last minute things you might need. The only things we got this time were Body Glide for chafing and a Mylar blanket to keep warm in the morning.What questions do you have about RunDisney? The food at Halloween Horror Nights this year wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t stand out either. For someone with some dietary restrictions, I had a hard time finding things I could eat. I found the staff at the booths to be in too much of a rush to really concern themselves with dietary issues, so I only felt comfortable eating items that I was certain did not ingredients in them that make me sick.
The Twisted Tater was a standout last year, but when we got it this time, it almost seemed like it was a little stale. It was very hard and crispy like a chip, but not hot. It really hit the spot as a quick crunchy salty snack, but I wished it had been hotter to hold the sour cream and chives seasoning.
The Pizza Fries were quite tasty, but again, not super fresh. The texture was as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a bit, and our serving had absolutely zero pieces of sausage in it, which we were looking forward to.
The Summer Camp Dog really hit the spot for my husband for a filling dinner. Some component of it had a little kick to it, so if you don’t like spicy, you might want to skip this one.
I was craving and searching for the infamous Walking Taco all night. When I finally got it, I was served a bag that was basically just Fritos with some vegan cheese and sour cream and like 2 beans. I did request it with no lettuce, as that is another food item that makes me sick, but I would have liked to have had some of the actual chili in my dish and not just a bag of chips for dinner.
I know this post doesn’t speak highly of the things that I had on the night that I had them, but that doesn’t mean your experience will be the same. There are lots of offerings available, so I encourage you to try things!

That initial moment of boarding the ship into the atrium just brings so much joy!
The Disney Wish easily has one of the most beautiful atriums I have seen with the giant chandelier and the statue of Cinderella along with her glass slipper on the banister. I also love that characters are often on the balcony waving as people board the ship!

Lightning Lane Multi Pass & Lightning Lane Single Pass will be replacing Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes. This change will rebrand the system, and will also allow for pre-planning some experiences for your Disney vacation.
Disney resort hotel guests will have access to preplanning for the length of their stay up to 14 days beginning at 7am ET 7 days ahead of check in.
Off-property guests and ticket only guests will have access to preplanning for the length of their ticket (or one day at a time for non-date-based tickets) at 7am ET 3 days ahead of the beginning of their ticket.
Walt Disney World theme parks will have a tiered system at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.

Last week, the Fantastical Vacations annual meeting took place over a few days, and it was AMAZING!
We had dinner at Disney Springs and attended the new drone show, had a conference, private dessert party and fireworks viewing in EPCOT, went to Jelly Rolls (a dueling piano bar) on the Boardwalk, spent some time in the theme parks, and ended the trip with some social time at Enchanted Rose in the Grand Floridian.
I came out with pages of notes, tons of new tips for organization and running my business, lots of inspiration and admiration for my colleagues who are killin it, and so many new friends! I am still just gushing over how amazing of a community this is that I have been lucky enough to become a part of. Thank you to @fantasticalvacations for everything that you do!
