Surprisingly I don’t even have many videos or photos from my birthday vacay. Sometimes you MUST put the phone down and enjoy the moment ☺️………My husband and I were the only ones at this beach for a LONG TIME! It was perfectly secluded. No words…..so peaceful! BLAST Travel

This was my first time in The Bahamas in 2019. Many didn’t know but I was SUPER SICK and losing so much weight. But, I pushed through as I always do. All Illness and disabilities aren’t visable. I’ve been to The Bahamas 4 times. I’m going back twice this year. Each time I go , I’m reminded of God’s Grace & Mercy! 💙🩵

🗣 Before you travel with ppl, please ask them what type of travel person they are and I pray they are honest. The more I travel in groups, the more I realize that having COMPATIBLE travel buddies makes a HUGE difference on how the trip will go.
And no, it’s not about money AT ALL!! For example:
Some ppl like to sleep in till 12pm and skip activities, meanwhile you are up at 8AM and ready to go explore. Does it make sense to travel with them? No!
Some ppl are picky eaters and would rather stick to foods they know but you rather eat exactly like the locals. Does it make sense to travel with them? No!
Some ppl would rather stay in contact with everyone back home at every hour on the hour but you rather completely shut that part out and built memories uninterrupted. Does it make sense to travel with them? No!
Some ppl like to go with the flow for the entire trip but you rather plan everything to a T! Does it make sense to travel with them? No!
These differences and many other in between might seem trivial but TRUST ME on trips, they create frictions both loud and silent. The ppl you travel with should check off on 80% of the type of things you are into. Find your travel match and see how much more enjoyable traveling with others get.

Get this! My husband convinced me to rent a golf cart and explore Costa Maya's true culture. I'm usually afraid to venture away from the tourist areas because the Mexican Cartel is REAL! 🤣 We rented a golf cart, explored for a few hours, and got lost. Can you guess what he seen? Looks like a ghost right? 🤣 This was the kids first time on a “Big Boat” and they were a little nervous at first. We were pulling up to the port and he spotted the boat. “We’re getting on THIS”? Roatan, Honduras. A country and culture of Hard Workers! Their mentality really inspired me and confirmed that with hard work….anything is possible. They were making money in so many unique ways. This is Roatan, Honduras! It was such a beautiful island. They were very serious about protecting their vegetation. We learned so much while on this island.
