We docked at Royal Caribbeanโ€™s private island, ๐๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ ๐š๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐œ๐จ๐‚๐š๐ฒ, and let me tell you, it lived up to its name! We spent the day soaking up the sun at ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ ๐๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก, the adults-only section of the island. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, with stunning views, a lively pool bar, and plenty of cozy spots to unwind.

After a day in paradise, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the ๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ƒ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‘๐จ๐จ๐ฆ at 5:30, featuring a French-inspired menu. Everything was perfection, from the appetizers to the desserts!

The evening kicked off with ๐‚๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐œ ๐‘๐จ๐œ๐ค ๐๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐“๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐“๐ฎ๐ง๐ž, where we scored 10 out of 20โ€”not bad considering they only gave us two seconds of each song! (A few extra seconds wouldโ€™ve helped!)

Next up was the ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ–+ ๐š๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ, and the comedians did not disappoint. We laughed until we criedโ€”it was a great way to end the night. Well, almost! We couldnโ€™t resist grabbing a scoop of ice cream before heading to bed.

What a fantastic way to kick off our Royal Caribbean adventure aboard the Allure of the Seas! Hereโ€™s how our first day went:

๐Ÿ›๏ธ We settled into our stateroom, unpacked, and started exploring this massive and incredible ship. Itโ€™s amazing how much there is to see and do here!

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Dinner in the Main Dining Room for the 5:30 seating was delicious, with great service and plenty of tasty options.

๐ŸŽค Family karaoke was a blast, with a lot of fun performances (and so many Taylor Swift songsโ€”Swifties, where you at?).

๐ŸŽญ The highlight of the night was the Broadway show Mamma Mia! The talent, music, and energy were absolutely incredibleโ€”it felt like being on Broadway at sea!

๐Ÿ• We wrapped up the day with a late-night slice of pizza from Sorrentoโ€™s, because no cruise is complete without a little midnight snack.

The midship area of the ship feels less movement compared to the forward (front) and aft (back). โžก๏ธ Choose a stateroom that is on a lower deck. You donโ€™t have to be at the very bottom, but somewhere in the middle or a little lower has less movement. โžก๏ธ If feasible, stay in a stateroom with a balcony. Fresh air can help reduce the symptoms.
