At Banza Church ruins located at Banza,Butuan City,Philippines.

(Banza , by the way,is the oldest Poblacion in Butuan City. )It is only 15-25 minutes drive away from the city proper.

Banza church ruins was built around year 1625 by friar recollects but was said that it was burned by Morro pirates on year 1753.

This was the most dubbed beautiful church stone entire Mindanao,Philippines.

Right now, only the bell room is visible to look at.

Banza church ruins is also settled near the Agusan River or at the Agusan River bank.

In this video,you will see the beauty of Ruined Church and also the beauty of Agusan River as well. We will also see the shipyard and the balangay boat riding by the local fisherman here in Butuan.

Butuan City is the home of the "Balangays".

Did you know that the word "barangay" is derived from the word "balangay"?

Balangay is the boat which Magellan used when he first landed the Philippines in Mazaua or known as " Masao" these days. 🤗
So, let's check how they build it.☺️
