Ocean City, MD Condo - One bedroom, first floor condo, steps from beach, located on boardwalk. 2 full sized beds, one queen sofa bed, free internet, on-site parking. No Smoking/No Pets. Must be 21 or older to rent.

Brand new living room and patio furniture.

We are completely booked from 6/24 to 8/26.

Our renters love are place (and the location) so much they are starting to rent multiple weeks through out the season.

There has been a small rental increase this year but if you are interested in renting 3 weeks or more ask us about a discount.

The rental bookings have officially started for the 2023 season!!

It’s official our 2023 season will run from May 7th - October 31.

Multiple prime weeks already booked.

One last rental and we are finished for the season. Thanks to everyone who rented from us this year. 2023 rental rates are coming soon. Prime weeks will go fast!

We are going to open up May 1st this year and finish up after sunfest!
