We aren't always at one of the most beautiful national parks in the US. In fact, we spend most of our weekdays at campgrounds so Jordan can work and the girls can get their more traditional homeschooling accomplished. Whether we are out in the wilderness or at the campground, our bikes always come with us; they're an integral part of our day-to-day. The rack attachment holding Jesse's bike got permanently loosened up and we spent a stupid amount of time trying everything to fix it when we stopped on the trails. We're on the lookout for a new solution - any recommendations? ​​​​​​​​

On our first night at Big Bend, we couldn't grab a spot on the trail, so we conquered Old Ore Rd. and then jumped onto the main road to arrive at Paint Gap 4; arguably one of the most epic backcountry spots in the park.​​​​​​​​
