The Kordon..as it was..!! 2014 -This is the coast road heading to Fethiye Town. The Kordon now has lots of restaurants and bars along it but keeping the beauty of how it looked here.

We have a lovely 2-bedroom (sleeps 4) ground floor poolside apartment for holiday rental, in a beautiful part of south west Turkey, in Calis, Fethiye.

It has a lovely terrace for alfresco dining and a shared pool on a small quiet complex of just 7 apartments in a quiet residential area just on the outskirts of Calis beach in the area of Akarca, opposite the new Fethiye Bey Park.

In a great location situated approx.10 minutes in each direction of Fethiye Town and Calis Beach by the local dolmus bus routes, with the bus stops conveniently situated just around the corner from the apartment. It is also within walking distance of a few minutes to the big Migros supermarket, Calis Sunday market and other local shops and lovely restaurants.

There is now a beautiful recreational park for all ages, right across the road from the apartment on the seafront. It is ideal for children, cycling, running and even has outside fitness workout stations.

Just travelling from a 2 week stay at Virginia and Steve's place in Calis. It's a real home from home got everything you need and swimming pool is almost like having your own pool. Beds are comfortable and TV movies downloaded a bonus for the nights you fancy staying in. The shower always got hot water and great power a real unexpected bonus. It's in a great location plenty of places to eat out 15 min walk away or easy to get local bus to seafront 5 mins ride away. Security is good to with safety deposit box and washing machine so you don't have to take home dirty laundry. The owners are always at end of phone for any issues and will advise you best they can about local area. Once again Thank you for letting us stay in your second home which is home from home.

Steve & Virginia are two of the nicest hosts there are on Airbnb! My sister my mum and I stayed in their lovely apartment for a week in August. We had a wonderful time having breakfast on the veranda and swimming in the beautiful pool. The apartment was very clean, lovely and fresh and had everything you needed. The location was perfect, very close to Migros and the beach too. We had a wonderful time, thanks Steve & Virginia xx

The family rested with Steve and Virginia in July 2019. The house is just a fairy tale!! There is everything you need to rest on all 5 stars!! Very hospitable hosts! The house is located superbly! A magnificent park in 5 minutes walk! A shop in 10 minutes! Everything is close by! Super pool on the territory! Always clean and very beautiful! The owners are always in touch and very helpful with advice on the city and where to spend time better! The whole family stayed in HUGE LOVE of your home!! Thank you very much!

I stayed in this lovely apartment in the Spring. Like Steve says its home from home. Beds are very comfy and plenty of storage space in bedrooms too. With all towels, hairdryer and a washing machine you don't need to worry about luggage being to heavy on plane. The apartment is in a fantastic location for everything there are even bikes to use if wanted. I have just rebooked to go back next year (can't wait). Sheila

From the moment we booked with Airbnb the communication from the hosts was second to none. We have been visiting the area for some years but we were sent a digital welcome brochure that was so very informative, with hints, tips and information that we found invaluable, that made our stay even better than usual! If it's your first time in Turkey you will find this so helpful! The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything (and more) that you could need for a self catering stay. The decor was beautiful with subtle Turkish elements, we loved all the artisan lamps! The furnishings are modern and fresh. Soft towels were provided in abundance! Also beach towels which was a lovely extra as you can save on your luggage allowance! We hired a car and there was always on street parking available just outside the gates. The grounds are well maintained and clean, the pool and it's surrounds spotless. There were two mountain bikes made available to us and with the new coastal cycle Lane from Calis to Fethiye this was fantastic! There is a large supermarket within walking distance and a pull along trolley for such visits provided. We could not recommend the hosts Steve and Virginia and their apartment highly enough!

Great place, location fantastic short walk to local reasonable supermarket. Street parking if you hire a car. Pool which is hardly used by other residents. Facilities within the apartment are great. Just what you need for a little get away. A bit small for a family or group of 4 adults but ideal for smaller/younger families and couples. We had a great experience thank you.

A lovely compact apartment on a small development. Well furnished with modern and comfortable sofas and good quality beds and mattresses. Well equipped with everything you need for a self catering break. Ideally situated with a hotel bar and restaurants and a supermarket within ten minutes walk. And a ten minute cycle ride to the edge of Fethiye or centre of Callis. The English owners and managers were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had superb holiday. We loved the two weeks we spent there and will be back.

This is a lovely apartment everything in it is perfect, it was lovely and clean and everything was in working order, and yr friends mandy and Glenn were superb, I would highly recommend this apartment, to all of my friends, it's in a lovely part of town, you can walk to either challis or Fethiye it's right in the middle, would definitely go back here.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this lovely apartment.
This is the best by far, of any apartments that we have stayed in over the last ten years booking with Owners Direct. The property is perfect, it is beautifully decorated and it is really like home from home. There has been so much thought and organisation gone into this property. It has everything washing machine (with English translation on the dials!) dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, huge fridge freezer, even a shopping trolley provided for shopping at the nearby Kipa (Tesco). There is air con in the lounge and both bedrooms, first week not needed but second week greatly appreciated. The pool although small, is lovely and you have it to yourselves most days. The second week the temperatures were in the forties so what better way to relax then to have a meal overlooking the pool and then watch one of of the hundreds of films and programmes provided. The dolmus stops at the nearby main road and takes you into Callis Beach or Fethyie for 2 Turkish Lira (50 pence when we were there). The property is in a residential area so it is quiet. Fethyie and Callis with their bars restaurants are close by. Callis Sunday market is within walking distance. Glenn picked up at the airport and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this apartment, however If you want music and bars on your doorstep then maybe not for you.

Been coming to Calis for the last 6 years and love it. We stayed for 2 weeks in September was quiet which is what we wanted. The neighbours were really friendly got on really well with them very helpful. Everything is really near supermarket, market, restaurants and bars. It was really nice to be able to sit back and just relax and unwind. Easy walking distance to Fethiye or Calis. Dolmus just at the end of the road. Would definitely highly recommend it to anyone. Wonderful family holiday! - 5/5 – Stayed ‎June‎ ‎2015 - Owners Direct/HomeAway

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this lovely apartment.
The property is perfect, dishwasher, washing machine (this means you can travel light!! we did it with one suitcase!) and everything you can think of inside. It means you can stay here self catering and really cook, big huge fridge freezer (handy for all the beer) and excellent cooking/cleaning items. The Lounge is easily big enough for 4 with the 1st bedroom just off the lounge (which is great if you have small kids) All the doors are very secure and with air-conditioning in each room you can easily keep the place at a nice temperature. We stayed with our 2 kids (2 and 4) and due to the layout you can chill in the shade whilst watching them play in the pool. The pool is brilliant. clean and very quiet - it was like having our own pool! if they get tired of sunshine then there is a flat screen TV and hundreds of movies for them to watch!

The surrounding area is pretty quiet, the only obstacle we found is navigating the main road with a double buggy! but once we mastered the local transport system we didn't use it anymore. If you're looking for a hectic nightlife soaked area bang on your doorstep with music pumping then this isn't for you, if you want a nice relaxed chilled holiday, with bars and nightlife within walking distance (under 20mins) or a 5 min dolmus ride away then this is exactly what you are after. I am recommending this property to my friends and colleagues!
