Brian - Awesome location, awesome little cottage. The group of us have already started talking about trying to get back next year and even staying a little longer.

Michelle - We have been using Airbnb for years and I think Arthur was one of the best hosts of all time! He was so helpful that when we couldn't find the corn hole bags, he asked his neighbor to let us borrow his and the neighbor delivered! Everything in the house is perfect and then outside area is so inviting, we didn't spend much time inside! If you need a family getaway for all ages, I highly recommend this place! We will be back

Kelly - Stayed a few nights. This is my second year staying at this location . Was everything we wanted plus more. The amenities were outstanding. We enjoyed this area on the water very much , very quiet and peaceful and many laughs and memories were made.
Art was a wonderful and a very responsive host . We will be back in 2025 for sure :)

Our stay was amazing! We celebrated my sister graduating from UConn which was just a 30 min drive. The place was clean, up to date and had everything we could have possibly needed! Our host, Art was so accommodating and was very responsive on any questions I had leading up to our stay. A weekend me and my family will always remember. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful cottage, very clean, a lot of amenities, super quiet and relaxing place, highly recommended. We had the best girls getaway weekend! Arthur was a wonderful and very responsive host, he provided local recommendations and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need! From games to fire wood it was so nice to be able to relax in this beautiful living room and enjoy the calming views of the lake. Sturbridge is very close by and great for dinner but we were also able to cook in the house. There’s a great coffee shop called Sophie’s Cafe just 5 min away and there’s lots of hiking! - Erica

Arthur’s place is exactly how he describes it and looks just like the pictures. That lake view is so peaceful and relaxing. The house was stocked with enough toilet paper, towels etc. and the beds were comfy as well. There wasn’t much to do in that exact location which was fine. If book this house and like beer or just a cool place to hang for the day Tree House Brewing Company was awesome!

We spent Christmas week here. after traveling from Germany it was so nice walking into this home. it had everything we needed and more. it was decorated for Christmas and they even left Christmas goodies for our kids. it definitely made our Christmas special. It fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Art was extremely nice and responsive.
