Requirements
You must have a minimum of NVQ2 in Plumbing
At least 5+ years’ qualified experience in commercial reactive & maintenance plumbing
We need someone who is based in London & can work on all aspects of hot, cold & heating plumbing systems in commercial buildings
You must have a clean driving licence

Duties
Installing hot water heaters, 10-250 litres
Repair & replacing macerator units
Changing pressure reducing valves
Repairs to toilets, basins & showers
Draining whole building hot & cold water systems to carry out repairs
Changing radiators on barrel pipework
Replacing & repairing drainage pipework for sinks, toilets & urinals
You must be able to use a freeze kit & Mapress gun for crimp fittings & be confident with working on copper pipework from 15mm-50mm

Conditions

Hours

• Preparation of preventive, corrective and extra ordinary maintenance including workpacks considering time, resources, materials, equipment/tools in line with HSEQ policies and procedures
• Ensures that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and HSEQ procedures
• Prepares work in line with requested compliance to achieve integrity
• Ensures all maintenance is undertaken with the highest regard to HSEQ issues
• Monitors and controls budgets associated with discipline maintenance activities
• Liaises with repair contractors, manufacturers, vendors etc. as necessary
• Ensure all Maintenance activities are prepared to allow a safe and environmentally responsible operation

These mainly consist of Schools, Hospitals, Office Blocks, Leisure Centres and Large Domestic Dwellings. In the last eight years they have progressed into the Supply and Installation of Pre-Fabricated Pipework. These mainly consist of Data Centres, Energy Centres and Shell and Core Projects.

Conditions
€18.00 EUR p/hr gross (Dutch system)
40hrs per week moving to 50hrs per week eventually
Duration is ongoing / long term
Accommodation arranged & paid by us
Hire vehicles are arranged & paid by us (fuel cost split between everyone using the car)

Requirements
Must have VCA (Dutch safety)
Must have a Pipefitting qualification
Preference is Pipefitters who have been on data centres before

Requirements
Must be flexible, willing to do labouring, cleaning & other duties
Must have or be willing to obtain VCA (Dutch safety) or CSCS
Must have or be willing to obtain IPAF
Must have mechanical experience on similar projects
