Heard 2 more stories of AIRB&B canceling on people last minute again this week. 😞 Guys I promise I’m not the type to say things just to get people to use me to find hotels… etc. I have used AirB&B and had a great experience. It’s not all owners- but it is a real issue with this company.

Of course I’d love for you to book all your hotels and vacations with me, but even if you don’t- please consider these companies when looking for homes for your next vacation!

⭐️ RM hideaways (Pigeon Forge, Gaitlibburg, Smoky Mountains)

⭐️ Margaritaville Resorts (multiple locations)

If possible- if there’s a place you go often- consider “getting to know” an owner of a place you love. Developing a relationship can sometimes end with you having a go-to rental for your trips as well as them being less likely to cancel on you when a better price comes along.

VRBO is another one. I have not heard many if any complaints about this particular company. It does run similar to Airb&b though.

Of course you can have issues anywhere. Things happen. I’m not saying never book an AirB&B. Just saying check all your options- and definitely have a backup plan if it falls through! ❤️
