When I started booking my own family vacations, I remember the feeling of not being truly *seen* by the agents I worked with. It was like, “Here’s your booking—good luck!” Every time I had a question, I felt like I was bothering them, and I just wanted someone who genuinely cared about my trip as much as I did.

Part of the reason I became a Travel Agent was because I wanted to do things differently! I knew I wanted to be the agent who *shows up* for every family, who listens, and who makes planning as easy and exciting as the trip itself.

I’m here for all the details, yes ask me where the best bathroom to p**p is! Ask me my opinion on this hotel vs that one because you asked your husband and he had no opinions! I want to answer the questions you didn’t even know to ask, and making sure you never feel like “just another booking.”

Finding the right fit with an agent matters—✨not every travel agent is right for every family, and that’s okay!✨

Today is for , so let’s take a little trip down Rachel Memory Lane…

The first photo is one of my all-time favorites! It’s of my favorite ride (which just so happens to be my sister’s least favorite 😂).

Of course, I had to include some shots from the first trip I really remember. I was a teenager, and my siblings were still little. My mom made me go on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, and that’s the exact moment I realized—I hate roller coasters. My brother also tried to drown me in a fountain (as brothers do… 🤣).

This trip started my love of vacation planning (you should’ve seen my binder!) and will forever be one of my favorites. It was also my husband’s first Disney trip—you can see he’s really suffering in the photos. 😂

And, of course, no throwback would be complete without my son’s first Walt Disney World trip (and technically my daughter’s too, because she was along for the ride… in my belly 😅).

Disney may seem silly or ridiculous to some, but for me, it’s where I can escape from life and anxiety, and just be with the people I love the most in this world.

With everything happening in NC holding on to precious memories and people feels more important than ever. It’s not just about the trips; it’s about the memories that stick with you forever.
