Welcome to Aurora Over Range Lake! Our suite is located on a quiet street, within a short walking distance (15 minutes) to the grocery store, liquor store, shopping, restaurants etc. Only a short drive to sport facilities, airport. Easy access to Range Lake and walking trails directly from the backyard, perfect spot to view the Aurora Borealis over Range Lake! Public transit is available with a bus stop right in front of the house. Parking with outlet to plug in a vehicle available upon request
The space
The entrance to the suite is located at the back of the house. Please use the walkway along the left side (beside the garage) to access the suite. The entrance door is equipped with an access code lock for quick and easy check-in. It’s the perfect resting place for families or couples after a busy day exploring everything Yellowknife has to offer!
The space is a 2 bedroom suite with 1 full bathroom with double vanity, open concept kitchen and living room, in-suite laundry facilities, large freezer, large deck with fire pit and your own private entrance.
For your comfort and relaxation, each bedroom has a queen size bed with quality linen and a wall mounted fireplace, large closets and an alarm clock with USB charging station.
The living room has a couch with a queen size sofa bed, smart television with cable, free wi-fi, and beautiful electric fireplace.
Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, tea pot, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, toaster.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, double vanity, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.
In-suite laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. In the laundry room there is also a large freezer.
Enjoy easy access to Range Lake and walking trails directly from the backyard. Come enjoy your own private Aurora Borealis viewing over Range Lake on the deck.
We live above the suite and we will do our best to take action as soon as possible should any problems arise with the suite or if you have any questions.
The suite can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cost is 160.00 per night for 1-4 guests. Over 4 guests, there is an additional 40.00 charge per night. (Maximum of 6 guests in suite) We will provide extra towels and sheets for additional guests.

Check In/Out:
• Check-in after 3:00pm
• Check-out time is 11:00am
• Please remove the sheets and pillow cases from the beds and place them in the laundry basket in the bathroom, same for towels. Please take garbage out and place in garbage can on the deck.
