a "Himachali dish" is one of the most loved dishes in Himachal mostly in , , , and . It is just a kind of made from wheat flour. To make siddu you need to do is make a mixture of wheat and yeast. After kneaded wheat with yeast allow the dough to raise at least for 4 to 5 hours or wait until it rises well. Always keep in mind that siddu cannot me made just in minutes. It needs a couple of hours as siddu is dough yeast based. Normally, it is eaten or served with Desi Ghee.

Do you know which village turned into India's 'Apple State'? Samuel Evans of Philadelphia arrived in in 1904 on a spiritual quest and turned Himachal Pradesh into an state. The first saplings of the ‘Delicious Red’ apples were planted in in 1916 and rest as they say is history.

If you visit Thanedar in Sep-October, you can experience apple harvesting.

The glorious National Park is located in the cold desert area of Lahaul and in Pradesh and is home to more than 20 species of animals and birds, including the endangered Snow Leopard.
