1 -- The members will take care of their own luggage.
2 -- Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material or any weapon with them.
3 -- Please respect other Participants, anyone found guilty in this regard will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip.
4 -- In case of any unwanted weather Conditions, Landscape
management will decide any other possible option.
5 -- If due to some political issues or any other unwanted situation,
trip is cancelled then all participants will be paid back 75% of
their dues.
6 -- 100% Deduction on Total amount or Full Initial Deposit, if any
one cancel their booking in last Three Days before departure.
7 -- For any unwanted situation caused by you, organizers will not
be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case.
8 -- In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during
the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
9 -- On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport
or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers
can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely
that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are
necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best
alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the
whole group.
